Terms of service
Updated 26 August 2026
Paying for the service means accepting these terms. We have tried to write them so that they can be read to the end: there is nothing below that the home page does not already say.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by RelySMS, operating at relysms.pro and inside Telegram (“we”, “the service”). You can reach us on Telegram — the contact is in the site footer, in the cabinet and in the bot.
We answer enquiries in Russian and English.
2. What is being sold
We lease American VoIP numbers for receiving inbound SMS. A lease is the right to receive the SMS that arrive on a number for the paid term.
The number does not become your property, cannot be ported to another carrier, and does not remain yours after the term ends. Voice calls are not received.
The list of services we lease numbers for is published on the home page. It is closed: we do not offer numbers for services outside it.
3. Term
Available terms are 1, 3, 7, 14, 30 and 60 days. The exact price of each is shown in the cabinet before payment, together with the end date.
A term never exceeds the guaranteed lifetime of the line itself. If the line lives for less than a given term, that term is not offered for sale.
A lease can be renewed at any point before it ends, and renewal keeps the same number. Once a term has ended the number is gone and that particular number cannot be recovered.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the connected payment services. The available methods are shown in the cabinet before you pay and depend on the processor. Funds are credited to an internal balance, from which leases and renewals are charged.
The processor's fee is added on top of the top-up and shown before payment: you name the amount that should land on the balance and see what will actually be charged.
The balance is credited automatically once the network confirms the transfer. The balance is not withdrawable and is spent only inside the service.
5. How the service is delivered
After payment the number appears in the cabinet. If no number is free at that moment the order is queued and the number is issued automatically as soon as one is available.
Every SMS that arrives on the number during the term is shown in the cabinet. The verification code is lifted out of the message text and shown separately.
The number's link can be handed to another person; in that view the number stays partly masked.
6. Refunds
If a paid order never received a number, its full price is returned to the internal balance.
If a number was issued and works, no refund is made — including when an expected code did not arrive. The reason is in the next section.
A refund to the internal balance is the only form of refund. We do not send funds back to an external account or wallet.
7. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee that a particular service will accept the number or that a code will arrive. Delivery depends on more than the number: the IP, the browser and the history of the account you are registering. That is outside our control.
Using the number properly is on you. We do not check how you register, do not teach registration and do not advise on it.
We do not guarantee a particular area code: you get what is in stock.
These are VoIP lines. Some services refuse them — which is why the service list is closed and limited to those we are willing to answer for.
8. Prohibited use
Numbers must not be used for fraud, extortion, spam, threats, or to access anyone else's accounts without the owner's permission.
The service must not be used in a way that breaks the law of your country or of the country where the service you are using the number on is registered.
Where such use is found, the account is blocked, leases are terminated and funds are not returned. On a lawful request from a competent authority we hand over the data we hold.
9. Data
The service needs neither email nor phone number: an account is created through Telegram or with a one-time access key. We do not ask for documents and do not collect data the service can work without.
SMS received on a leased number are stored and available to you for the duration of the lease. Messages from previous holders are not shown to you, and yours are not shown to the next holder.
Payment records are kept to the extent needed for accounting and for resolving disputes.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and our prices. Leases already paid for are honoured on the terms in force at the time of payment.
We try to settle disputes directly: write to us and we will look into it. Where agreement cannot be reached, a dispute is heard at the operator's place of business.
